I take all forms of payment. To encourage consistency, I offer a discounted rate when you train three or more days a week. Payment is due at the beginning of each week. If you would like to pay by the month that is expected at the beginning of each month.
3 sessions per week =$150
4 sessions per week =$180
5 sessions per week =$200
I try to be as flexible as possible and understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule. I will give you an opportunity to make up any missed sessions within that week as long as it doesn't interfere with another client's time. Missed sessions do not roll over to the following week. I do not require you to sign any contract. You can cancel the weekly rate at any time. If you travel and know you will miss that week, just let me know in advance, and we can freeze your time slot. If you know you can only make one or two sessions let me know before that week begins, and we will adjust the rate appropriately. A certain level of consistency from everyone is what we depend on to be able to beat out the big box gyms rates while offering so much more.
