Fitness is not one size fits all. I use a combination of different training techniques that include;
functional movement, progressive overload, and calisthenics.
I will create a foundation of muscle activation, good form, and posture,
while focusing on proper breathing.
Whatever your level of experience I will safely guide you to reach your goals.
My Husband- coach Jason and I built the gym of our dreams to meet all of our client's needs. We have several options to help you reach your goals in a private, clean environment. In the cardio room, you can watch the 85-inch television while using the treadmill, rower, air bike, or elliptical. The weight training room is my fav where we have a functional trainer, a rack, lots of equipment, and free weights. We also feature a conditioning room with battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and plenty of accessories where I like to do circuits. After your workout we provide clean towels, you can take a shower, or help yourself to a complimentary amino beverage for recovery. We have thought of everything to make you comfortable. Experience has taught me that being flexible, and creating a convenient environment to train, my clients outcomes are much more successful.
